Enhanced Low-Voltage Protection
The advanced low-voltage protection mechanism of our hardwire kit enables more precise monitoring of your car's battery voltage. Once the voltage drops below 11.6V or 22.8V, it triggers an automatic power-off function, ensuring optimal battery health and safeguarding your vehicle effectively.
24 Hours Parking Surveillance
The hardwire kit is designed to connect directly to your car battery, enabling uninterrupted power supply to your dash camera for 24 hours. It can even supply power when the car is parked.
Find the Correct Fuse Slot
Open the fuse box, find the correct fuse slot for your hardwire kit. If you need to find an ignition switched fuse, put the key in the vehicle, find the fuse which is not lit up while the car is off, and test it by turning the car on to see if it lights up. If your kit requires constant power, turn off the car and remove the key to see which fuse slots stays lit on.
Connect the Wire
Connect the Yellow Wire and red Wire Simultaneously of the Hardwire Kit with positive terminal of your Constant Fuse Slot. It can uninterruptedly supply power for dash camera for 24 hours. Note: If you don't need this function, please use Connect the Yellow Wire of the Hardwire Kit with positive terminal of your Constant Fuse Slot.Connect the Red Wire of the Hardwire Kit to the positive terminal of the ACC Fuse Slot in the Fuse Box.
Ground the Hardwiring Kit
Slip the black wire (which is in the shape of a C) under a metal bolt or screw in your vehicle (this is the ground wire). Check that it is not attached onto plastic parts. You will typically need a socket wrench to loosen the nut or bolt that you choose to ground with. To attach the grounding terminal, loosen the nut or bolt enough to slip it in and tighten it back up afterwards.
