Why can't my phone connect to the WiFi in the dash cam?
Due to a small number of compatibility issues, if the APP and dash cam are unable to connect, please switch off your phone's cellular data first and then try again.

On the 4 channel dash cam I have to buy extra kits to support the 24 hour recording?
Yes, the hardwire kit enables dashcams parking monitoring mode and protects the Car battery from being depleted. The hardwire kit is not Included, you need to purchase it separately. Please search for ASIN: B0BV2CJ5SW.
Do I need to buy Memory card to use this dashcam?
This dash cam support up memory card of 256GB. A free 64GB card is inside the dash cam.
Can I view the recording directly on the dash cam or must I export it to a computer?
You can view the recording directly on the dash cam.
Is it difficult to install a dash cam?
No, it is very easy to install. The included instruction manual and video provide detailed usage and installation details.
