12-24 Truss Rack Screws | Snap-in Cage Nuts & Washers | Black | 25 Pack | USA-made 25-pack 12-24 black snap-in cage nuts, pilot point screws, and protective washers.
- Complete 25-Pack Hardware Kit: Supplies 25 heavy-duty 12-24 rack screws (0.75" length) paired with 25 protective nylon washers, offering the ideal kit size for upgrading telecom closets, server enclosures, and audio/video rack setups.
- Self-Guiding Pilot / Dog Point: Engineered with an unthreaded, tapered guide tip that centers itself before threads catch, completely preventing cross-threading and making one-handed, awkward, or blind installations effortless.
- Wide Truss Head Design: Features an oversized Phillips truss head that distributes clamping pressure evenly over rack ears, while the deep bit recess prevents cam-out, slippage, and stripped screw heads under high driver torque.
- Cold-Hardened USA Steel: Manufactured in the USA from hardened alloy steel with a sleek black oxide and wax finish, providing superior shear strength, long-term rust resistance, and a seamless match with black equipment cabinets.
- Verified Reviewer Consensus: Field techs praise the true 12-24 threading for turning cleanly into tapped rails without binding, noting the included washers provide durable protection against scratched gear ears.
