First of all, you have to confirm that your humidifier does not exceed 1625W. Secondly, the anti touch function of the product itself requires the use of American standard plugs. If your humidifier is not a standard plug, it will not supply power.
Can the waterproof product be soaked in water?
No, this is only the waterproof version of ipx6 (which can flush and splash water), and the waterproof version of ipx8 (which can soak water for a short time) can be seen in another product in the store.
