How to set up Treatlife app for smart switch?
-Scan the QR code in the user guide or Search "TREATLIFE" in the App Store/Google Play to download App and register it.
-Make sure your phone and Switch are on the 2.4G WiFi.
-Power on Smart Switch and long press the ON/OFF Button in pair mode.
-Pair Smart Device-- Input WiFi password--add successfully to WiFi.
Single Pole or 3 Way Smart Switch Application
TREATLIFE 3-way Switch combines 3-way capability with smart lighting technology, which allows you to control the light from 2 different locations and through a smartphone or voice assistant.
- Non-dimmable/No hub required
- Neutral wire is required
- For Single-pole/3-way applications
- Max Power: 1250W; Output Current: 10A.
- Only Support 2.4GHz WiFi while setting up
- Standard size: compatible with your existing 1-gang/2-gang/3-gang standard wall plates

Q1: Are neutral wires required?
Yes, neutral wires are required for installation (present for most US homes built after 1978). To check, turn off power at the circuit breaker and remove the existing switch. A pair of white wires should be present. If unsure, consult an electrician.
Q2: My switch isn't working in my home circuit.
Please ensure that your home circuit has a neutral wire, as our switch requires it for compatibility. Circuits without a neutral wire are not suitable for our switch. It's essential to install only one 3-way switch per circuit. Place the switch on the side near the power source for optimal operation.
Q3: The switch isn't functioning properly despite the correct wiring.
During the wiring process, tighten the wire cap securely, failure to do so may prevent the switch from receiving power, leading to malfunctions. Please recognize the importance of proper wiring for normal operation. Consult the troubleshooting steps in the user manual for proper installation.
Q4: I can't pair the switch with the app/WiFi.
Ensure pairing occurs in the 2.4 GHz network frequency band, as our switch doesn't support pairing in the 5 GHz frequency band. The switch must connect to the network within the specified 3-minute pairing time to avoid connection failure. Follow the pairing steps outlined in the user manual for successful integration.
