Do I have to set a schedule for my exterior lights or will this adjust automatically?
While schedules are supported in the My Leviton app, the built-in light sensor can also be enabled in the app so that your string, holiday, or landscape lights can automatically turn on during evening hours and off during daylight hours.

Yes, your device can automatically turn off after a pre-determined amount of time. Use the Auto-Shutoff feature in the My Leviton app to select a timeframe from 1 minute to 12 hours. (Or a preset schedule can turn on/off anytime you want.)
