Why isn't the remote control working? Why can't I adjust the brightness?
1. The controller's input and output terminals are connected in reverse.
2. The remote control batteries are dead.
3. The LED dimmer is damaged.
How do I pair the remote control with the controller?
First, connect the power supply, the LED dimmer, and the LED strip,Within 5 seconds of turning on the power, press and hold the power button on the remote for 2 seconds. The LED strip will flash, indicating successful pairing.
