1. What kind of light bulbs is compatible with this outdoor dimmer controller?
This outdoor dimmer controller works with dimmable LED bulb, dimmable LED string lights, incandescent lights, rope lights ect. Please note that if the light bulb itself is not dimmable, it can only turn light on and off.
2. How many bulbs can I connect to this lights controller?
Please kindly note that the total power of connected lights should be less than 1000W. With 110V power input, here is the max connected quantity for different bulbs:
· For S14 11W incandescent bulb, 68 bulbs max.
· For G40 5W incandescent bulb, 150 bulbs max.
· For S14 2W Filament bulb, 375 bulbs max.
· For 125W LED bulb string, 6 strings max.
· If the dimmer box get overhead, please cut off the power supply immediately, remove more than half bulbs and then add one by one to test the max quantity.
3. What to do if the remote control is not working?
Step 1, please keep an appropriate remote distance, less than 100ft without obstacle.
Step 2, please try to some new batteries and restart the power supply of the remote control.
Step 3, please re-pair the remote with the dimmer box. Here is the way: Please remove the remote batteries, install it back again; and then unplug the dimmer box and re-plug it; within 2 seconds, please long press the "ON" button on the remote control until you get the dimmer box connected string lights blink.
4. What to do if the controller is not working with your lights?
Step 1, please make sure that the string lights and the dimmer are connected directly, no extend cord between them.
