MOST IMPORTANT NOTE:

Q1: I have charged the humidifier, but the humidifier can't be turn on, what should I do?

A1: The humidifier has not built-in battery. It is powered by USB cable. You need to connect the power supply with a USB cable.

Q2:The light of the humidifier work well, but there is no mist. What should I do?

A2: First, please check if the spring is still under the filter.

Second, please check if the filter element is completely wet.

Tips: Before use it for the first time, please wait a few minutes after adding water until the filter element to moisten completely, or try to take off the filter element and moisten the filter element sufficiently, and then install it back. Please note, don't forget to install the spring back.

Q3: I added essential oil into the humidifier, but after 2 weeks of use, the humidifier is no mist anymore, what should I do?

A3: The humidifier can not be added essential oil, since essential oil will corrode the filter element. At this time you can replace a new filter element. Note, do not add essential oil again.

Q4: After the humidifier has been working for a period of time, there will be some water droplets at the mist outlet, and the water droplets will continue to increase. Will these water droplets affect the use of the humidifier?

A4: Yes, the water droplets at the mist outlet will affect the use of the humidifier. Please check whether the humidifier uses tap water. It is recommended to use tap water, not recommended to use mineral water and distilled water. If mineral water or distilled water is used, it will cause water to accumulate at the spray outlet of the humidifier.

Q5: I plugged in the humidifier with a USB power supply, but there is no mist and the light does not turn on. What should I do?

A5: At this time, you can replace a USB cable and try again. If it doesn’t work, maybe the humidifier is broken or something undefinable interior machine problems happens. Please replace a new one from the brand side. They will reach you as soon as possible.

Q6: How to maintain humidifier?

A6: Please clean the container with soap and water once a week. If not used for a long time, please clean it then leave it to dry.

Operation Guide of Spray

Connect to power supplies before press the button to start spray mode. Press the button at first time, start the continuous spray mode; Press the button again, Spray mode is transferred from continuous spray mode to indirect spray mode (Continuous spray 3s stop 3s) . Turn off all functions when you press the button at the third times.

Automatic power-off if continuous spray mode work for 5 hours continuously; Automatic power-off if indirect spray mode work for 10 hours continuously; restart can continue to use.

Opertaion Guide of Light

Long press switch for 3 seconds at first time, turn on the light. Long press switch for 3 seconds again, Enter the marquee light mode; Long press switch for 3 seconds at th third times, turn off the light. The lights of humidifier can be turned off individually.
