- POLYUREA COATING: Poly Basecoat is a two-part polyurea coating engineered to preserve the integrity of concrete surfaces. It demonstrates excellent mechanical characteristics. ADVANTAGES: Excellent adhesion to various substrates Cures at low and high temperatures Strong chemical resistance Zero VOC USES: Formulated as a high solids system for industrial floor shops, car washes, mechanical rooms, areas of light manufacturing, or where concrete repair is required. DRY TIMES: At 75°F, cure time is approximately 90-120 minutes at ambient temperature. Allow 24 hours for foot traffic and 7 days for a complete cure. Higher temperatures can impact pot life. COVERAGE: One 3-gallon kit covers 450-600 sq ft. FAST CURE - DO NOT MIX MORE THAN CAN BE USED IN A SHORT TIME. HIGHER TEMPERATURES CAN IMPACT POT LIFE
