1. Why does my fan stop working suddenly? I press the buttom and it has no responce.
The fan will be auto off when the fan is blocked from working in 3rd speed. It can work normally after charging it.If the action mentioned above don't work, please contcact us on , and we will reply you within 24 hours.
2..Why didn't I receive the battery? Do I need buy an extra battery?
The rechargeable battery is in the fan so you don't need to buy another battery or load the battery. Just use it and charge it when its battery runs out of power.
3. How long does the battery take to charge a full charge?
When charging the battery, there is a red light, it will becomes to green light if the battery is fully recharged. The charging time is about 3 hours, please make sure it's fully charged before shutting off power.
4. What kind of the charging cable does the fan use? How to recharge the mini handheld fan?
We optimize die structure of the fan. It use USB-C cable since 2023 and before that it use USB-B cable .
Connect the inlcuded USB cable to 5V output adapter like phone charger, or power bank, or other USB outlet devices to charge the fan.
5. Can I use it on a stroller?
Yes. it comes with a metal clip, please find the two holes in the sides above the handle, insert the clip along the two grooves, so that it can be used in a stroller, office folding screen, pram, camping tent, student's bed, etc.
