Based on feedback, we upgraded the battery to 5000mAh (up to 16 hrs on low) and added a third magnet for stronger hold. These changes fix short runtime and weak magnet issues seen in the original version. Your input truly matters!
Can this fan run for 16 hours?
On the lowest speed, the upgraded 5000mAh battery runs up to 16 hours.It can run for up to 2.5 hours on the highest speed setting.It's also very quiet, perfect for light sleepers.
Can I use the fan while it’s charging?
Yes! It’s safe to use while charging via USB-C. Many users leave it plugged in for all-day use and rely on battery at night. Charging and usage work perfectly together.
Why doesn't my fan hold power or charge properly?
Try using a USB-C cable and 5V/2A adapter. Issues may result from incompatible chargers or not fully charging before first use. We’ll help if a rare battery defect occurs.
Is this fan cruise approved?
Yes! Fully compliant with cruise safety rules, including NCL’s 2023 update. No exposed heating, works via battery or USB-C.
