Is this a one-handed PEX crimper?
No, CRP-1096 needs to be operated with two hands. For one-handed PEX clamp tools, iCrimp BJ0010C and ICP-BJ02 are recommened.
Does CRP-1096 fit for CV boot clamps?
For CV boot clamps, this tool can work with ear clamp(Oetiker style), can't work with CV boot band clamps or double ear style.
