This headset won't work with my DELL Latitude 3580 running Windows 10 Pro 64-bit. Any ideas? The internal Mic does not work either with Windows 10.

I was using this with windows 10 with cisco Jabber on a dell Optiplex 3050. You have to go into audio settings and choose USB audio device, you have to do this for the Mic and headset.. and make sure you hit save. The only problem I had was sometimes it would default to another audio device and I had to choose it again. I hope this helps.
