WARM BODY COLD MIND weightlifters thumb tape is a new and improved tape designed by Oly Champion Oleksiy Torokhtiy, and Gold Medalist in Weightlifting (London 2012), winner of World and European Championships. Participant of two Oly Games (2008, 2012).
Currently Oleksiy actively holds master classes and seminars on weightlifting all over the world and he is the founder of international sportswear and accessories brand WARM BODY COLD MIND.
Torokhtiy has produced his version of gym hand tape. This is excellent thumb protection for powerlifting, Strongman competition, weightlifting. It allows to maximize your strength, prevents cuts, rips, torn cuticles and makes you focus on lifting. Extra adhesive powerlifting tape doesn't slip off your thumbs when you are sweaty and stays intact even during most intense workout routines and lifting sessions. Sticks well, while still moving with thumbs during lifting and workouts and not cutting off circulation. Our lifting tapes comes off easy and doesn't leave a residue and lasts long in the same time.
- How to apply: Take the hookgrip thumb roll, attach the end of tape to your thumb and place the hookgrip tape on the underside of the thumb keeping the thumb knuckle bent, lace the tape around the finger two to three times. Tape's flexibility allows your thumbs to stay mobile with no blood flow restrictions. There is no need to reapply the self-stick thumb tape multiple times throughout the day.
- Product details: 97% cotton, 3% spandex. Roll measures 19ft x 1.85". One roll enough for about 18 lifting sessions. Quantity of rolls depends on your choice (3-pack, 6-pack,12-pack, 24-pack)
