The vitalis roasting pan for hob and oven can be used like a normal roasting pan for gentle roasting, braising and casseroles. After gentle roasting on the hob, the roasting pan can be placed in the oven for slow braising. There are other inserts and steaming racks to use this as the aroma steamer for the oven.
