    From the manufacturer Brikka
Size Guide: Brew Just the Right Amount! Moka pots are measured in espresso cups not standard coffee mugs. 2-cup moka pot = ~ 3.3 oz best for solo espresso drinker 4-cup moka pot = ~ 5.7 oz best for couple or small household
Tip: If you drink larger cups of coffee, consider sizing up to avoid brewing multiple rounds The only coffee maker capable of delivering espresso crema More creamy coffee, more intense flavor. Brikka ensures a cup result similar to café espresso: full-bodied, intense, and with persistent crema
Enhanced Brikka: Elevate Your Coffee Experience The new Brikka has been further improved with the addition of a patented valve column, designed to enhance the creaminess of coffee, and a new boiler design Fill the boiler with water using the graduated measuring cup supplied. Insert the funnel filter into the heater. Fill the funnel filter with ground coffee for Moka, without pressing it down. Avoid leaving coffee powder on the rim of the coffee maker. Close the coffee pot, screwing the collector firmly onto the boiler and place it on the stove. Put the coffee maker on the heat source. In case of flame, prevent it from going beyond the rim of the coffee unit. In few minutes a small amount of coffee will start coming out and the typical puff of Brikka, signaling the beginning of froth formation, will be heard. Check immediately after the crema has completely formed in the collector and remove Brikka from the hob. Pour the coffee into the cups, distributing the coffee and crema evenly. Bialetti -
