This fiber optic patch cable is built with Corning optical fiber. The Indoor/Outdoor cables have a black polyethylene (PE) outer jacket that offers protection from moisture and sunlight. A tightly buffered PE layer shields the inner orange-colored, 3.0 mm diameter PVC jacket, which is OFNR Riser Rated, UV resistant, and flame-retardant. This Indoor/Outdoor fiber optic assembly functions within a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. Each end of the sturdy outdoor fiber patch cord is finished with ceramic ferrule LC connectors (duplex clips provided) and robust stainless steel ST connectors, making it appropriate for compact, high-density environments. Each fiber breakout comes with 18" of 3.0 mm blue/orange furcation tubing for extra durability. These Indoor/Outdoor fiber optic cables are made to order.
