Why doesn’t the juicing performance look as good as what influencers show?
Some influencer videos exaggerate results. This nut milk maker isn’t meant for whole fruits—please cut them into about 0.4-inch (1 cm) pieces. Large pieces can cause overheating and make the machine stop.
Why do the blades start late or stop and start during the Soy Milk or Rice Paste function?
These functions heat first, then blend, and repeat this cycle. The start-and-stop motion is normal, so please feel safe to use it.
Why is the machine not working and showing an E2 error?
Because the lid and handle are not aligned. This is a safety feature to prevent accidental contact with the blades.
