Why don't I find the small cone? How do I find it?
The small cone is installed on top of the product, beneath the large cone. To use it, simply remove the large cone and you will have access to the small cone for juicing smaller fruits like limes and lemons.
Why does the machine arm seem loose?
We intentionally designed the arm with extra space to ensure even force distribution when juicing fruits of varying sizes. This prevents damage to the machine and ensures consistent juicing results.
Although the spout is closed, juice still drips out
Check if there are any pieces of pulp left in the spout.
Correct operation timing control
Avoid overheating of the machine due to long working hours, which can better extend the life of the motor.
What to look for when squeezing
Caution: if you apply too much pressure to the juicing cone, the motor may seize! Avoid squeezing the cone too hard.
