Make sure your phone is connected to WiFi network and download the Tuya app from your mobile store, register an account and choose " Robot Vacuum (Wi-Fi)" to connect. Only support 2.4GHz WiFi.
Why doesn't the robot clean when I first turn it on?
The robot needs to be fully charged while first use. After that, use for the first time it will start with a quick mapping. When mapping is finished, it will return to the dock. Then press the button briefly or use the app to start a cleaning cycle.
Why would the suction decrease after using a while?
First check if there is any foreign matter blocking the dust suction port. Please ensure timely cleaning of the vacuum cleaner. Regularly clean the dust bin and filters to maintain its efficiency.
