Wire Modification: Sometimes the plug of switch assy should not be directly connected since the wires with different colors may not be in the same order of holes as the old switch assy, when necessary, use a small flat head screw driver to push the pin clip to release the pin from the plug, then rearrange it according to the old switch assy

Easy Installation: Just replace the old switch assy by pressing down the cylinder part of new switch assy at the same position and re connecting with the same plug
