A: Normally the softer and more playable the pad is, the more conductivity it will be. If you want to compare 2 different brands' pads of same advertised conductivity, simply touch to see which one is softer and more playable.

A: Normally we suggest that you can use the same thickness pads that comes with your original RAM. Make sure the thickness of the pad is not too tall to jack the components and parts, neither too thin that the pad can not contact on 2 components.

A: Measure the required dimensions in advance, then use a knife to cut off a proper size.
