Please Note: Only Supports DC5V Power Supply. Never use 12V or 24V power supply. Please do not use higher voltage than 5 V otherwise the entire strip will be damaged. 2. Please check if the connected controller or remote control is SPI RGB controller that has a voltage range of 5V (5v/5-12v/5-24V). Wrong controllers can may not turning on or causing color fading.
