How Did Clear Gear Get Started?
Clear Gear co-founder Steve Tracanna said nothing could have prepared him for the experience he had in November 2011. After a weekend hockey match, he spent days in the hospital with thousands of dollars in hospital bills. Turns out Steve had contracted bacteria from his hockey equipment due to it not being properly disinfected. While lying in his hospital bed and later in the days recovering at home, Steve came up with the idea for a simple solution that would disinfect sports gear and prevent life-threatening infections — it was the birth of Clear Gear Spray.

How Much Clear Gear Do I Need To Use?
Use enough Clear Gear to make sure the surface you are disinfecting is wet on all sides. 1-gallon of Clear Gear covers 3200 sq ft.
How Do I Use Clear Gear Disinfectant Spray?
Clear Gear is easy to use – just spray the surface and let dry. Make sure the surface you are disinfecting is adequately covered. For Clear Gear Disinfectant Spray to be effective against all germs, the surface must remain wet for at least 10 minutes. Some germs are killed on contact and others can take up to 10 minutes.
