How It All Started
Designed and founded by a Canadian shoe lover who was often frustrated by salt and mud ruining her prized possessions – her shoes. After one particularly bad winter she’d had enough and threw herself into finding a solution - the original BootRescue. Buoyed by the success of this product she went on to develop a range of care products (always all-natural), which have kept shoes and boots in over 50 countries around the world damage-free and looking gorgeous.
Care Tips For Your Handbags:
1 As with boots or shoes, the best time to spray your leather bags all over with protector spray is before using them, ideally a natural one like BootRescue all-natural water & stain protector. That way if you get caught in the rain and your leather bag gets wet, the water won’t damage it.
2 For day-to-day touch ups and to remove surface stains, you can use HandBagRescue wipes. They’ll not only clean, but will also condition leather bags with essential oils, to make them smooth and soft and last longer.
3 To help handbags keep their shape, it’s best to stuff them with newspaper before storing them. And be sure to store them in a temperature-controlled environment. That way sunlight or extreme heat won’t cause leather to dry out, fade or crack.
