Operate: simple electronic thermometer with only 3 buttons. Just press the power button to turn the thermometer on/ off. Press the Centigrade/ Fahrenheit button to select Celsius or Fahrenheit. After restarting the thermometer, the max/ min temperature will be reset

Stand: the freezer thermometer has a little plastic hook that you can use to attach to a refrigerator shelf, or stand at 2 different angles. There are 2 small magnets on the back that will allow you to mount it on parts of the metal interior
