Motor Stall vibration
Possible issues including silent mode active, short acceleration time, motor torque too small, low voltage or current etc. Fix by turning off silent mode, extending acceleration time, using a higher torque motor, or increasing voltage/current.
Why the motor doesn't rotate?
Possible issues: screen not lighting, motor shaft lacks power, driver chip in protection mode, or motor vibrates but wont rotate etc. Fix by checking power/polarity, increasing voltage or current, repowering, or checking motor wiring.
Screen cant turn ON
1. Check if the input voltage and current match the products specifications.
2. Check whether the positive and negative poles are connected correctly.
Motor shaft has no driving torque
The pulse signal is weak and requires an increase in input current or voltage.
