The Rubber Foot Pad on these leveling casters is easy to extend and unextend by simple turning the red knob clockwise or counter-clockwise. The red knob can be turned by your fingers with ease. If there is a lot of weight on the casters you can even use a wrench to adjust the knob in order to level the casters.
