If the LED flashes: It means that the charger is low on power. Use a USB-C charger with at least 20V and 60W.
2. If the
LED doesn't light up: The accessory (adapter or charger) may not meet the requirements. Try another 20V/3A 60W charger.

Phone charger doesn't work: Most phone chargers will not work with this adapter because it has no 20V output or is less than 60W. Older Mac chargers do not meet the requirements such as A1718, A1719, A1540, A1882, etc.
Charging light indicator: Lights up to indicate charging when charging. The orange lamp indicates that charging is in progress and the green lamp indicates that charging is complete. The charging status can be easily checked.
