will this install in an Inspiron 15-3552?

The Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 7260 is a PCIe single notch wireless card.
The Dell Inspiron 3552 laptop uses a M.2 dual notch wireless card.
Because the 7260 has a different interface, it cannot be used in that laptop.

Will this work in Toshiba Satellite M115-S3094, 945GM Express Chipset, PCI-E mini card? Let me know please...waiting...

It worked for me to replace a 2.4g single band card in an old Toshiba Satellite laptop. I don't think Toshiba used a bios whitelist that would restrict use. That said it must be the same form factor and connection spec. This card did not work straight away. You may need to tape over a couple of pins to get it to work. Plenty of info about this on the internet / YouTube.

Will this work on a Dell Inspiron 15R 5537 laptop?

I believe the answer to be yes. The specs to that computer say it has a mini-card slot. the best way to know for sure is to open the doors on the bottom of the computer and see if it has the current wireless card in the slot.

I purchased what I thought was a wireless card for my PC. It was just an adapter case. I had to buy this card to complete the adapter. Wasn't what I expected but it works well.

the only thing is no win 10 drivers blue tooth does not work. the pc must have a pci-e port you can find it by removing the memory door.

It should work with any laptop that has the appropriate slot. I installed mine in a Dell.

This is supposed to be a dual band device but the pictured item only lists a 5gHz tx/rx frequency.  Why is there no listed 2.4gHz frequency indicated on device? - or is something wrong here?

It lists highlights 2.4 not mentioned but it has it. It is also wifi AC. Has everything as long as your system is not whitelisted like HP and Lenovo.
