1). Why can't the computer recognize or use this adapter properly?

If your computer has built-in Bluetooth, the adapter will not be recognized or function properly. Please disable all existing Bluetooth devices in the Device Manager before using this adapter. For detailed instructions, refer to the user manual.

2). Which systems are compatible with this Bluetooth adapter?

It supports: Windows 11 / 10 / 8.1 (no driver required)

Not supported: Windows 7, Linux, and macOS, TV , Car

3). Does it support EDR and BLE mode?

Yes, the adapter supports Bluetooth 5.4 BR+EDR (Enhanced Data Rate) and BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) modes, improving data transfer speeds and reducing power consumption. Note: The proper functioning of this feature depends on whether the connected device also supports EDR and BLE.
