What name it displays on PC “Device Manager” and how to confirm it is Bluetooth 6.0? Is it compatible with Mac or Linux?
1.The device name is "Realtek Bluetooth 6.0 Adapter".
2.The LMP version is LMP14.xx that it is corresponding to Bluetooth 6.0.
3.Not supported: MacOS PC/Latop, TV, Car Stereo.
4.For Linux OS, maybe there is the compatibility issue for some versions.
Why don’t the Bluetooth USB adapter pair and connect with my keyboard and mouse?
Please be sure that your keyboard/mouse can support the 2.4GHz Bluetooth function, not ordinary 2.4Ghz wireless technology. So your keyboard/mouse must be Bluetooth devices.
Why don’t the RTL618 Bluetooth USB dongle pair with my Headset or earbuds?
Please turn off Bluetooth function of your other devices, such as your cellphone to avoid your Bluetooth headset or earbuds wrong reconnection with your cellphone and don’t enter into pairing status. This is very important.
Why can't the computer recognize or use this adapter properly Or marked with a yellow tag?
If your computer has built-in or other Bluetooth, the adapter will not be recognized or function properly. Please disable existing Bluetooth devices in the "Device Manager" before using RTL618. For detailed instructions, refer to the user manual.
Can it connect to multiple devices?Does it work with gaming controllers?
1.Yes and the adapter can pair and connect with up to 7 Bluetooth devices as the same time.
2.Yes and it can work with gaming controllers and it can pair with switch/Xbox/PS controller on PC.
