Connect up to 16 PoE devices with 10/100/1000 Mbps autosensing RJ45 ports supporting IEEE 802.3af and 802.3at. Deliver data and up to 30 W of power per port to access points, VoIP phones, IP cameras and other compatible devices.
Use a 250 W total PoE power budget across the 16 RJ45 ports for network installations with multiple powered devices. The switch also supports non-PoE equipment at 10, 100 or 1000 Mbps, allowing mixed device connections on the same unit.
Extend network uplink options with two 1G SFP slots for compatible fiber transceiver or GBIC modules. The 36 Gbps switching fabric supports data movement between connected devices, PoE ports and uplinks in a wired network.
Select Normal, VLAN or PoE Extend mode with the front-panel slide switch. VLAN mode isolates ports 1 through 16 while preserving communication with SFP uplinks, while PoE Extend mode reaches up to 820 feet at reduced speed.
Install the switch in a standard 19-inch rack or place it on a desktop using the included rackmount brackets, screws and rubber feet. Its metal housing supports use in network closets, offices and surveillance installations.
Reduce unnecessary power use with IEEE 802.3az Energy Efficient Ethernet and Green Ethernet technology. The switch can deactivate unused ports and adjust power levels according to cable length while supplying connected PoE equipment.
Set up a wired network without software or configuration using plug-and-play operation, auto-negotiation and Auto-MDIX on all RJ45 ports. The package includes the switch, power cable, rackmount hardware, rubber feet and instructions.
