High transmit power on both 2.4GHz and 5GHz radios, enabling long-range connectivity. Penetrate floors, ceilings and walls for greater device connectivity with 4 internal high gain antennas and up to 28 dBm of transmit power per band, providing more than 2Xs greater wireless coverage over mainstream competitors.
Detects Dual-Band clients and shifts them to the 5 GHz band to relieve network congestion on the 2.4 GHz band to maintain optimal data traffic flow.
When used with a RADIUS server, Fast Roaming ensures clients are continuously connected to the wireless network as they move throughout the building. This is especially useful for preventing delays and dropped signals when using voice and video applications on mobile devices.
The EAP1200H is designed for deployments on ceilings where power outlets may be scarce, it is also standard PoE (Power-over-Ethernet) 802.3at capable when use a PoE switches or with included power adapter.
