The GES-1602A-PSE is a 16 port Gigabit Ethernet 10/100/1000Base-Tx + 2x 1000Base-X SFP non-managed Smart Ethernet Switch, with DIP switch function settings. The GES Smart Switch is 1RU 19" wide format ideal for security commercial applications. The Gigabit Smart Switches have DIP switches for function settings without need of any management, giving a very easy setup for most demanded of a managed switch settings without the need of advanced settings for the IP network. The PoE ports can automatically detect and supply power to IEEE 802.3af/at-compliant Powered Devices (PDs). The GES-1602A-PSE is easy to install with simple DIP switch settings that offer vital functions such as VLAN, QoS, PoE Extended reach and PoE PD device reset options with no need of using a PC to have them set up. Simple activation of the appropriate DIP switch activates the particular function. All options can be activated simultaneously if needed. With outstanding performance and quality, the 16-port 10/100/1000 Mbps rackmount PoE+ switch is an ideal choice for expanding your home or office network. Switch can provide up to 30 Watts of power per port to attached devices, such as VoIP phones, wireless access points, surveillance cameras etc, all over existing Cat. 5 cables. The total PoE power budget is a huge 350W. This is a healthy amount of power budget, allowing true use of all the 16 ports available to power up devices. DIP switch settings offer VLAN functions for all TP ports, extension of PoE reach length to 250m, by dropping speed link to 10M only or PD PoE device auto reset if unresponsive.
