Because the ESP32 platform consumes more power than the nRF52 version, this model is best installed in locations with consistent sunlight exposure, preferably 4+ hours of direct sun per day.
Relay Lite is built for practical outdoor deployment. The integrated 7W solar panel supports extended outdoor operation with adequate sunlight, while the internal 2-cell power system provides backup runtime when sunlight is unavailable. The IP65-rated PETG enclosure helps protect the internal electronics from dust and rain, and the included standard pole-mounting system supports fixed installation on poles up to 2.5 inches (63.5 mm) in diameter.
