Port-based VLAN
When you enable the extend mode with DIP switch(chiange to Extend), switch divides traffic for ports 1-4 to prevent PoE devices muliticast or broadcast storm from affecting each other.

Link Extention to 250m
PoE (Power Over Ethernet) usually has a maximum run of around 100 meters. When extend mode enabled, it will allow you to increase your run to a distance of 250 meters. the maximum speed will downgrade to 10Mbps.
