A hardened industrial POE switch designed for the extreme temperature environments of solar trailers and solar installs. This robust switch can withstand temperature variances of -40°-158° Farenheit
Wide voltage input range of 12V-48V DC allows the switch to be connected to most solar battery types and configurations. The switch then internally inverts the power to the proper standard active POE output to power most all types of IP Cameras and other POE devices.
IEEE802.3af/at active POE output on all 8 POE ports. Up to 30 watt output capability on each port. If the switch is powered by 12V DC, total output budget will be 90 watts. If the switch is powered by 24V DC or higher, the total output budget will be 120 watts
2 Power Inputs for Redundancy. If one of your battery fails, no problem, the switch has 2 available power inputs for backup and redundancy.
4 DIP-switch features: QoS prioritizes ports 1&2, POE Extend boosts port 1-8 to 820' at 10Mbps, Auto Port Reboot resets inactive ports, and Port Isolation blocks POE ports from talking to each other, only to uplinks.
8 Total POE ports - 2 Non-POE Uplink Ports. 10 ports total. All ports are 10/100/1000 Gigabit rated. All ports surge protected.
Great For Solar Use but can also be used in other applications where only DC power is available such as mobile and factory scenarios.
