When you plug some devices into the TV's audio output port (AUX, RCA, Optical, etc.) and choose "External Speakers" as your TV' audio output, the TV's built-in speaker might become disabled.
But some TVs can allow you to play audio from both the TV's internal speakers and an external audio deviceBluetooth headphone/speakersimultaneously. You can check your TV's audio out setting to confirm if there is an option of Internal TV Speaker + Optical, that determines if the sound will come out from both TVs speaker and the Bluetooth headphone.

1, If you connected it by the optical cable, please change the TV setting as below.
Change Audio Output to Digital Optical (SPDIF)
Change Audio Output Format to PCM/LPCM or Stereoand turn off Dolby
2, If you connected it by the RCA audio cable, please confirm if you connected to the AUDIO OUT jack. And change TV settings as below.
Turn off "Internal Speaker", or change to "External Speaker"
