Why can't this product pair with my device?
1.Please make sure you have slide the switch to the 'RX' first, and then power on.
2.Clear the pairing history of J56 and your Bluetooth enabled phone, MP3, tablet, etc. turn off the BT then turn on to try again.
Why is the Bluetooth signal and audio quality poor?
BT signal can be blocked by surrounding objects thus affect the audio quality, if no obstacle between the product and your phone, the range and sound quality will be better.
Why can't it pair with my Bluetooth?

2.Make sure there is only one Bluetooth earphone/Bluetooth speaker turned on around you, and turn off all the other BT devices.
Why there is a delay?
There is a data transmission process between 2 devices, so sometimes you can feel delay. It's a common issue for all the Bluetooth devices, and Bluetooth V5. 4 already made it better than the old versions.
