How can I connect to the baby monitor on my Nooie app?
1. If choose "Bluetooth connection", please be sure the Bluetooth is open and connected (Steady white light).
2. If choose "Scans the Code Mode", please scan the Code, and connect.
3. If fails, troubleshoot based on different indicator lights.
What do the indicator lights on the device mean?
Solid red light: powered on and initializing.
Flash red light: ready to connect.
Flash between white and red light: wifi account or password is wrong, please reconnect.
Flash white light: connection is in progress.
Solid white light: works.
What needs to be done if the baby monitor doesn't work/can't turn on?
If the camera light is solid red or there is no indicator light, ensure the power cable is fully and successfully plugged into the power adapter, or replace the power adapter/cable to ensure the camera is receiving power.
Do I need a paid cloud service to watch 30-day events/14-day continuous video recordings?
Two flexible options:
1. Local storage: Purchase an additional SD card (up to 128GB) to view local video events or continuous video recording playback.
2. Paid cloud service: Purchase the paid cloud service package according to your needs.
