It may take longer time to reaching same temperature than microwave oven whose working wattage is more than 2000W.
Troubleshooting and Solutions:
1. After plug in, please long press the temperature knob switch to start
2. When the heating plate reaches the set temperature, it will make a "click" sound (switching sound), which is normal.
3. This food warmer will power-off automaticlly after 6 hours of heating
