Note Before Purchase: Designed exclusively for 2.4GH z Wi-Fi (5GHz is not supported). A neutral wire is necessary. The wiring configuration requires line, ground, fan load, and light load wires, with distinct load wires for the fan and light (shared wiring is not compatible). The ground wire is located separately within the internal wiring arrangement for structural and safety purposes and should be correctly identified prior to installation. This switch is intended for single-pole use only and is not suitable for 3-way or multi-location setups. This smart fan control works with non-smart, dimmable light bulbs only, supporting up to 150W for LED/CFL and 300W for incandescent bulbs. It is not compatible with smart bulbs, non-dimmable bulbs, or lighting fixtures featuring built-in controls. The switch accommodates 4-speed AC ceiling fans up to 1.5A. It does not support fans with remote controls, smart fans, DC motor fans, or exhaust/vent fans. Any canopy receiver module must be taken out before installation to ensure correct operation.
