5952 Heavy Duty Mounting VHB Tape is a black, double-coated VHB adhesive tape featuring an acrylic foam core. A modified acrylic adhesive is applied to both sides of a highly conformable foam, offering adhesion to a broad range of substrates and surfaces, including most powder coated paints. It is supplied on a red film release liner. 5952 double-sided tape (heavy-duty 45-mil) delivers the simplicity and convenience of a tape fastener and is well-suited for numerous indoor and outdoor bonding tasks. This double-sided tape (automotive, heavy-duty applications) can, in many instances, take the place of liquid adhesives, rivets, spot welds, and other permanent fasteners.

Note: It is advised to use 4 square inches of 5952 VHB tape for every 1 pound of load. Rough surfaces may necessitate additional tape.
