Designed to reverse handle set for both left and right-handed patio sliding doors. Use a screwdriver to adjust the hook latch for the best grip with the lock keeper. Package includes a diecast pull handle with white finish, a match of I/E flush trim plates, a hook latch, a keeper, and mounting hardware.
