This 50-centimeter SATA 22Pin (7 data pins + 15 power pins) to eSATA & IDE 4Pin combined adapter cable is designed for connecting internal SATA hard drives to external devices via eSATA interface while supplying power through traditional IDE D-type 4Pin power port. It perfectly solves the power supply and external extension demands of older desktop hard disks, solid state drives and external disk boxes without occupying the motherboards built-in eSATA resources.

One end is a complete standard SATA 22Pin male plug, which directly inserts into the SATA interface of 2.5-inch laptop hard drives, 3.5-inch desktop mechanical hard disks and SATA SSDs. The other end is split into two independent connectors: an eSATA female port responsible for high-speed hard disk data transmission, and a classic IDE 4Pin large D power connector that connects to the PC power supplys peripheral power cable to provide sufficient and stable working voltage for the hard disk.

The overall cable length is fixed at 50cm, which reserves enough operating space for external placement of the hard drive, avoids excessive tension on the interface caused by too short wires, and will not cause messy cable accumulation due to overly long length.
