This portable M.2 SSD enclosure adopts high-performance Realtek RTL9220 bridge controller, supporting dual NVMe PCIe and SATA protocols with automatic mode identification without manual switching. It features a Type-C port compatible with USB3.2 Gen2x2 and USB4 hosts, delivering peak 20Gbps transfer speed for NVMe M.2 SSDs, while SATA M.2 drives run at standard 6Gbps bandwidth to meet massive file transmission demands for video editing, data backup and mobile storage.
It exclusively supports M-Key NGFF solid-state drives in three mainstream lengths: 2242mm, 2260mm and 2280mm, perfectly matching SSDs from Samsung, WD, Kingston, Crucial, ADATA, Intel and other mainstream brands. Built with compact PCBA circuit board structure, it reserves sufficient heat dissipation space to avoid thermal throttling during continuous high-speed reading and writing. The enclosure fully enables UASP acceleration and Trim function to boost transmission efficiency and extend SSD service life.
No extra driver installation required, it is plug-and-play on all mainstream operating systems including Windows, macOS and Linux. The lightweight slim body is easy to carry for outdoor work, mobile office and studio content creation.
Important Note: This enclosure only works with M-Key M.2 SSDs; it cannot recognize B-Key or B+M Key SATA NGFF drives.
