Install the Brake Spring:
Step 1. Place the bar end of the5081 tool under the axle tube;
Step 2. Fasten the spring loop in the tab of 5081 tool;
Step 3. Push down & inward the handle of the 5081 tool until the spring loop is fixed firmly to the brake shoes.
