How did we get our start?
Olens Technology began at Pepperdine University in 2009, where Paul was an MBA student and Ron was a professor and mentor. Their shared passion for innovation led them to merge companies, forming what is now Olens Technology. Since then, they’ve developed and patented a range of innovative products across multiple categories. Originally founded in California, the company moved to Texas in 2020.
Who runs the company now?
Olens is now a husband-wife team where Paul handles sales, and Paula handles marketing. Ron has stayed on as a consultant for new product development.
